Google has started rolling out Android 13 for Pixel devices for the first time. Android 13. The operating system has been in development for quite some time and Google has also released a bunch of beta updates. It’s finally making its way to devices. Also, Google will soon release the operating system for other devices.
In the official blog post, Google mentions, “Today, we’re pushing the source of Android 13 to the Android Open Source Project (AOSP) and will officially release the newest version of Android. For developers, Android 13 focuses on our core topics of privacy and security, as well as developer productivity, making it easier for you to create great user experiences.” Additionally, the company says, “Android 13 is rolling out to Pixel devices starting today.” Later this year, the operating system will be available for more devices from manufacturers such as Samsung, Asus, HMD, iQOO, Motorola, OnePlus, Realme and more.
These features are not only useful for end users but also for developers, they can use all of them to provide a better user experience. Also present in the new Android 13 operating system are features such as improved text support, color vector fonts, programmable shaders, multimedia controls, Bluetooth LE audio, notification and nearby device permission.
