When Sunseeker Resort Charlotte Harbor opens in 2023, Maestro PMS will be there to handle all of its guests’ needs, from booking to departure and beyond. The 785-room resort (including 189 Signature Sunsuites™) will occupy more than 22 waterfront acres along the Peace River on Florida’s Gulf Coast. As the browser-based on-premises and cloud-based property management system of choice for independent hotels, luxury resorts, conference centers, vacation rentals and timeshare groups, Maestro will equip the luxury resort with operations modules to streamline the front desk , Activities, Spa, Members and Marine, as well as mobile modules to support online pre-registration, spa admission forms and spa provider hours.

Megaresort with memorable experiences
Sunseeker Resort Charlotte Harbor is the first resort property of Sunseeker Resorts, a wholly owned subsidiary of Allegiant Travel Company. The property will feature 60,000 square feet of meeting and conference space, 20 total restaurants and bars, two swimming pools and retail outlets located along a scenic harbor promenade. On the third floor of the resort’s main tower will be a state-of-the-art gym and spa. In addition to its prime waterfront location, Sunseeker Resort Charlotte Harbor will feature a world-class 18-hole golf course exclusive to hotel guests.
Master President Warren Dehan said one of the biggest challenges with opening a hotel in 2023 is the amount of technology required, from infrastructure and networks to more than 50 systems and tripling that number in integrations of software Maestro has been working closely with Sunseeker Resort to move data more quickly and efficiently through these channels, as well as supporting their own custom needs through their extensive collection of APIs.
When the property opens, Maestro PMS will have interfaces to 21 edge real estate technologies including GDS, Revenue Management, Sales & Catering, Point of Sale (f&b, retail, golf), Parking (gates, valet), Sun · guest service requests, door locks. , Energy Management, PBX/Voicemail/Call Accounting, In-Room Entertainment, High Speed Internet Access, Housekeeping, Credit Card, Guest Surveys, Kiosk, Mobile App and Back Accounting office.
