ASBTDC sets September 2022 training workshops

The Arkansas Small Business and Technology Development Center regional office at Arkansas Tech University has announced training opportunities for September 2022.

The ASBTDC regional office in ATU is designed to help new, existing and expanding businesses by offering a variety of services including free personalized confidential consulting, free market research and low-cost or free training.

Strategic pricing and market forces | Wednesday, September 14

The Arkansas Small Business and Technology Development Center regional office at ATU presents “Strategic Pricing and Market Forces” from 9-10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, September 14 at ATU in Russellville. Participants will learn how to set prices to keep up with rising costs and learn about the market forces that determine effective prices. Carl Norris of Norris CFO Strategic Partners will discuss these topics and answer questions. There is no charge to attend due to a sponsorship from First State Bank. Effective Leadership: Influence in the Workplace | Wednesday, September 28

The Arkansas Small Business and Technology Development Center regional office at ATU presents “Effective Leadership: Influence in the Workplace” from 9:30 to 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 28 at ATU in Russellville. In this collaborative event, participants will receive a brief overview of leadership challenges and specific tactics to improve as a leader. Topics include developing a vision, fostering a positive environment, overcoming challenges, and applying leadership concepts in everyday life.
