1. Description of the promotion. This promotion is sponsored by WLOX, LLC, 208 DeBuys Road, Biloxi, MS 39531 l (“Sponsor(s)”). The promotion starts at 8:00am on Monday, October 31 and ends at 11:59pm on Sunday, November 6. Entries must be received by 11:59 PM on Sunday, November 6, 2022. Promotion void where prohibited. By participating, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Promotion Rules.
2. Eligibility. No purchase necessary to enter or win. This promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States of the following counties in the station’s viewing area: Harrison, Hancock, Stone, George and Jackson counties who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Winner will be selected on Monday, November 7, 2022. Employees and immediate family members of employees of Gray Television, WLOX, the other sponsors and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents and their advertising and production agencies are not can participate in this promotion. 3. How to enter. There is one way to enter this promotion. All entries become the property of Sponsor(s) and Sponsor(s) reserve the right to use any information submitted by entrants.
Entries must be completed completely and legibly to be eligible and will be void if they are, in whole or in part, incomplete, illegible, damaged, irregular, forged, altered or obtained by theft or fraud. Mechanical, software-generated, or other automated multiple inputs are not permitted. Sponsor(s) is/are not responsible for lost, late, illegible, misdirected or mutilated entries, including due to transmission, technical and/or network failures of any kind, including , without limitation, the malfunction of any hardware or software (whether originating with the sender or the Sponsor(s), telephone failures, human error or any other error or malfunction). For online entries, the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry will be considered the entrant. An “authorized account holder” means the natural person assigned to that email account by the Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with it email account.
A potential winner may be required to provide proof that he or she is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with a winning entry. Entrants agree not to upload, post or transmit any material that contains computer viruses, Easter eggs, worms, Trojan horses or other harmful components or programming routines that are intended to damage, harmfully interfere with, intercept or expropriate surreptitiously any system, data or personal information. 4. Award(s). The Doorways prize is a $100 Captain Al’s Steak & Seafood gift card. Ground Zero’s prize is a dinner and show at the Ground Zero Blues Club. Tillman’s prize is two tickets to the New Orleans Saints game on Nov. 20. The Puff Belly prize is a $200 Puff Belly Gift Card. Riley’s prize is a $100 Riley gift card. The Run-N-Tri prize is a new pair of running shoes. The SF Alman prize is a $75 SF Alman gift card. Prizes may not be exchanged for cash, transferred or assigned by winners. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded.
5. How the Prizes are awarded. The winner will be chosen by computer drawing from among all eligible entries received. The winner will receive a confirmation email. Winner will be contacted to confirm receipt of email.
6. Odds of winning. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Conditions of acceptance of the prize. A driver’s license or other suitable picture identification is required to claim a prize. Winners and, if applicable, any travel companions, must execute and return an affidavit of eligibility within 30 days of prize notification, or prize will be forfeited. Winners will be solely responsible for all local, state and federal taxes, as well as license and registration fees, transportation costs, gratuities and other items of an incidental nature. WLOX will report any individual earnings in excess of $600 (in cash or fair market value of goods or services) in a one-year period to the Internal Revenue Service.
