A coat drive will be held at the Upstate Family Health Center in Utica on Thursday, Nov. 10 at 10 a.m.
The Central Oneida County Volunteer Ambulance (COCVAC) is hosting a raffle at 1001 Noyes St in Utica to give away jackets to those in need during the upcoming winter months.
Coats are first come, first served and anyone is eligible.
