NEW ENGLAND CARD SHOW VIP PACKAGE GIVEAWAY CONTEST

OFFICIAL RULES OF THE COMPETITION

These rules apply to the New England Card Show VIP Pack Giveaway Contest (“Contest”) conducted by Beasley Media Group, LLC d/b/a WBZ-FM (“Station”). In addition, the General Rules of the competition published in www.985thesportshub.com apply for this contest. If there is a conflict between the General Contest Rules and the Rules of this Contest, the Rules of this Contest will prevail.

1.HOW TO ENTER

a.The Contest will begin on Monday, August 15^th2022 and ends on Sunday, September 18^th2022.

b.To enter the Contest and enter online, visit www.985thesportshub.com and complete and submit the online registration form by Monday, August 15^th2022 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on Sunday, September 18^th, 2022 at 11:59 PM ET (“Online Entry Period”). Online entrants are subject to all notices posted online, including but not limited to the Station’s Privacy Policy. Limit one (1) entry per eligible person during the online entry period, regardless of whether the entrant has more than one email address. Multiple participants are not allowed to share the same email address. Entries sent cannot be recognized or returned. Proof of submission of an entry is not considered proof of receipt by the contest administrator.

c.There will be up to a total of one (1) winner selected in this Contest.

2.ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS

a.This contest is open to all listeners of the station who are 18 years of age or older as of the contest entry date, who are legal residents of the United States and who reside in Massachusetts, Rhode Island or New Hampshire, unless the law forbids it. Winners must have a valid government-issued ID and show proof of residency to verify eligibility.

3.AWARDS

a.Up to one (1) prize will be awarded in the Contest. Prize consists of two (2) VIP weekend passes to the New England Card Show on October 1st^St and October 2^n.d2022, VIP access to ‘Primetime Saturday Night’ at the Basketball Hall of Fame, personalized autograph from show guest to be announced, photo with show guest to be announced and two (2) night hotel stay (standard room, double occupancy) check-in on Friday, September 30^th2022 and departure on October 2^n.d, 2022 in Springfield, Massachusetts. The approximate retail value of the prize is $1000.

TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE PRIZE HOTEL IS NOT PROVIDED AS PART OF THE PRIZE. THE STATION IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY COSTS INCURRED AS PART OF THE TRIP TO AND FROM THE AWARD HOTEL.

Award stays are subject to availability; The actual value may vary and any difference between the stated value and the actual value will not be awarded. Certain hotel restrictions may apply. All other costs not specified herein, including but not limited to taxes, meals, gratuities and ground transportation, baggage fees, hotel room service, laundry service, alcoholic beverages, merchandise, souvenirs and calls local and long distance telephones. are the responsibility of the winner. Hotel selection is at the sole discretion of the resort and/or award provider. If applicable, the winner may be required to present a valid credit card upon check-in to the hotel to cover any incidentals incurred during the winner’s stay. Winner and guest must comply with all hotel and venue policies. If an event or trip related to the prize cannot take place as scheduled, for reasons such as cancellation, anticipation, postponement or unavailability, including due to weather, or for any reason beyond the Station’s control and the supplier of the prize, it is the sole responsibility of the winner to award the remaining available elements of the prize(s) if no replacement or compensation will be provided for the unawarded elements of the prize(s). No refund or compensation will be made in the event of cancellation or delay of any event related to the Prize. Winners will be solely responsible for all taxes and all other fees and charges not specified herein associated with receipt and use of prizes. The prize(s) are awarded as they are. The resort and/or hotel, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to refuse entry or remove winners and/or guests if they behave in a disruptive manner or in a manner intended to disturb, to abuse , threaten or harass any other person at the prize-related event. If the winner chooses to travel without a guest, the prize elements will be awarded for one person only, and the remainder of the prize will be forfeited without compensation. Winner understands that there are risks inherent in travel and that such risks may be present before, during and after travel. In addition, the winner and guests must be aware of and comply with government guidelines regarding travel restrictions and mandatory quarantines before, during and after travel.

b.The prize or prize certificates must be claimed as described by the Station at the time of winning. Failure to claim the prize within the specified time will result in forfeiture of the prize. It is the sole responsibility of the winner to claim the Prize or the prize certificate within the period provided in these Official Rules.

4.SELECTION OF WINNERS

a.Up to one (1) winner will be selected at approximately 9:00 am ET on Monday, September 19^th, 2022 in a random drawing conducted by the Station from all eligible online entries received during the online entry period. The potential winner will be notified by phone and/or email immediately after the random drawing.

b.Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible online entries received during the online entry period.

c.Entrants do not need to listen to the Station or be present to win.

d.Winner must confirm acceptance of prize within seven (7) days of winning, or risk disqualification and selection of an alternate winner (time permitting) in a random drawing of all remaining eligible entries.

e.The decisions of the management of the station regarding the Competition are final.

5.CONDITIONS

a. The Station reserves the right to end any contest or modify these rules after the announcement on air and by publication in www.985thesportshub.com.

b. For Website Contests: By using the station’s website and entering this contest, entrants agree to the station’s terms of service and use of personal information as set forth in ‘indicates the Privacy Policy found at www.985thesportshub.com.

c. Copies of the written contest rules and a list of all winners are available during regular business hours at the station’s main studio, 55 Morrissey Blvd, Boston, MA 02125 or by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to address to the station.
