The 25-year-old broker and real estate agent gave viewers tips on what to buy and how to use the Amazon Seller app.
You will need an Amazon seller account which includes fees. Individual plans charge 99 cents per item sold and the professional plan is a flat monthly fee of $39.99.
Once you’ve set up your account, you can head over to Walmart to find some items to sell.
In the video, he suggests looking for a product that is lightweight, easy to ship, and also has a decent amount of stock.
She found several boxes of false eyelashes that were marked down to $4.50.
You can scan products using the Amazon Seller app to see how much they sell for.
The same set of false eyelashes sold for $18.49 on the site.
After fees, the app showed that he would make a profit of $12.23 for each sale.
After you deduct $5 for shipping, the total return on this product is $7.23.
There were 28 packs of lashes, so if he sells them all he will make $202.44.
If you can do this five times a month, you’ll get just over $1,000.
While no one is going to turn down extra cash, it’s important to remember that your side hustle could come with new tax implications.
If you earn $400 or more, you must report that income to the IRS.
If your net self-employment income is less than $400, you still need to file an income tax return if you meet any other filing requirements listed on Form 1040.

Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) is a popular option used by tons of side hustlers.
TikToker BizWithJacky explained how he uses the program to earn up to $10,000 a month.
FBA is a service that allows businesses to outsource their order fulfillment directly to Amazon.
Businesses or individuals who sell products send the items to Amazon’s fulfillment centers, which package and ship the orders whenever customers buy them.
There is also customer service and return processing that can be provided for orders.
In her example, Jacky chose a glow-in-the-dark dog leash she found on Alibaba.com, which is listed for just $1.66.
Jacky recommended buying 500 units to start.
Then, back at Amazon, you will have the manufacturer brand the product with your own logo on the packaging.
This sets the item apart from the original, which has a low list price but is likely harder to find online for your target consumer.
Jacky listed the glow-in-the-dark strap at $29, which works out to about $28 in revenue per order.
Remember, there is no guarantee that your product will sell, so buy at your own risk.
Globally, Amazon has more than 175 fulfillment centers, containing more than 150 million square feet of storage space.
