My Nintendo has a new holiday prize pack to enter: Destructoid

With a “play” rocker.

My Nintendo has been releasing quite a few prize packs this year and just finished the Rabbids: Sparks of Hope promotion Now it’s something new: what Nintendo calls the “Family Fun Holiday” prize pack.

You know the drill at this point. You can “enter” the contest with a deposit of 10 platinum points, with a maximum of three entries (so 30 points in total). If you have extra points, you can throw them at this too – especially if they expire!

Here are the prizes:

  • A gaming rocking chair (choose from Mario, Bowser, Peach, Yoshi or Luigi)
  • A 15-inch mega-plush mushroom
  • A Switch 1-Up wired controller that glows in the dark
  • A case of Switch 1-Up that glows in the dark

While many contests tend to be first-party games that are released at the time (such as Kirby): this one rolls smartly with Nintendo’s “fantastic” Mario squad.

As a reminder, if you want physical rewards, you can find our full Platinum Point guide here, which has been updated with weekly quest details: Bookmark it when you need quick points to get a reward. A handful of points is incredibly easy to earn since it’s basically just 15 minutes Super Mario Run, or a quick login to 3DS or Wii U 3Shop. Also remember that all shipments are bundled, so you can pay a flat rate for multiple items instead of paying it each time. Just be aware that items frequently sell out on My Nintendo and some are never restocked.
