HOLIDAY LOTTERIES MUST AS INSTANT BRANDS EXPAND EMPLOYEE REWARDS PROGRAM

Continued investment in workforce includes recognition of exemplary plant and distribution center employees

DOWNERS GROVE, Ill., August 12, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — Instant Brands, creator of consumer favorites like the Instant Pot®Pyrex® and further, continues to expand its employee rewards program to recognize the commitment of its plant and distribution center employees. As part of Instant Brands’ continued investment in its workforce, the company is giving 10 employees an all-expense paid vacation for two.

Instant Brands will hold two holiday prize drawings at each of its five U.S. field locations over the next six months. The 10 winning employees can each select a default “warm weather” (Hawaii, las vegas, Orlando, San Diego) or “cold weather” (Alaska, Boston, New York, Seattle) location in the US for your well-deserved getaway.

The first holiday prize drawings are for the best attendance records From March 7 to June 30, 2022. More than 15 percent of Instant Brands’ plant and distribution center workforce in the United States qualify for the first drawings.

The second round of holiday prize draws are for the best attendance records July 1December 31, 2022and winners will be announced in early 2023. As part of the company’s 2021 recognition program, Instant Brands presented five employees with a new 2022 Jeep Compass.
