Eligibility Subject to the following additional restrictions, the “Gobs of Giveaways” (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the United States in Colorado who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees and contractors of KUSA (“Sponsor”), TEGNA and each of their respective companies affiliates and advertising and promotional agencies, and immediate family members and anyone domiciled with such employees or contractors are ineligible to enter or win.

How to enter The draw will start at 10 am. (MT) on November 25, 2022 and ends at 1:00 PM (MT) on December 23, 2022 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Enter by email. Entries limited to only one (1) entry per person per day. Your computer must accept cookies, or any successor or similar technology, that may be used for the purpose of tracking entries. You must disable ad blocking software on your computer so that it does not interfere with the processing of your entry.

Multiple participants are not allowed to share the same email address or Facebook ID. Sponsor shall not be responsible for incomplete, lost, late, misdirected or illegible entries. By entering, you agree to the terms of these Official Rules and to receive emails from Sponsor or those directed by Sponsor. You may opt out of receiving such emails by following the instructions on Sponsor’s website or in any email received from Sponsor.

Selection of winners. Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM each drawing day.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winner notification and acceptance. Winners will be notified within one week of the draw via email. Each winner must respond to this notification within 30 days. Failure to respond within this time period or the return of the email prize notification as undeliverable or the winner’s failure to respond to the notification may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected from among all remaining eligible entries.
