YREKA, California – Paradise Camp Fire survivor Stephen Murray convinced his fire attorneys to help him help others affected by the fires in their communities.

On Saturday, Murray brought $19,000 worth of gas cards to Yreka and distributed them to more than 760 survivors of the McKinney fire.

The gas money was donated by Camp Fire Survivor Advocates to help families in need this fire season who are struggling to keep fuel in their vehicles.

Murray pulled into the AIR fuel station in Yreka on Saturday. They were joined by the Yreka Host Lions and the Siskiyou Community Food Bank.
