Filipino consumers have, for a while, flocked to stores to buy various home appliances that fit their lifestyle preferences. Perhaps it was the result of the pandemic, when people had a lot of time for themselves, or a change in their quality of life, but the public began to invest heavily in the devices of their homes.
Due to the sudden demand for quality home appliances, European brand Beko reached several milestones in 2022. One of them was the launch of veteran actress, cook and mother Judy Ann Santos as its first brand ambassador in the country because it embodies Beko’s goal of inspiring people to live healthily and sustainably.
After all the support Beko received from Filipino consumers, the brand is sending its love and appreciation with various promotions and activities this holiday season.
“Beko is excited to celebrate Christmas with Filipinos and help make their home appliance wish lists come true. Our appliances are gifts that keep on giving because the technologies in them will make people’s lives easier and healthier” , said Gürhan Günal, Country Manager of Beko Pilipinas Corporation.
Through the “Beko sends love this Christmas” campaign, the brand offers discounts of up to 21,000 euros when buying its household appliances. It also includes complimentary items such as a coffee maker and a handheld iron.
Beko will also pick five weekly winners of free fuel cards worth P5,000. For the grand prize, the European home appliance brand will select three winners of family packages for trips to Boracay, Coron and Davao. Consumers need only purchase a single receipt of Beko products worth P10,000 or more from October 1 to December 31 at participating stores nationwide.
Any single receipt purchase worth P10,000 to P26,000 entitles to one (1) raffle ticket. Participants will receive two (2) raffle tickets for purchases ranging from P26,001 to P40,000 and three (3) raffle tickets for purchases of P40,001 or more.
Consumers must then register online through www.bekopromos.ph. Beko will send the raffle entry number(s) within 72 hours of entry. Announcements of winning entries will be available on Beko’s official Facebook page and winners will be notified via their registered email addresses.
After the holiday giveaway, Beko plans to roll out its developments by 2023. Among them are freezers equipped with MintFrost technology, which reduces ice build-up to better preserve food while using less energy. Beko will also launch its HarvestFresh coolers with a larger capacity that mimics 24-hour sunlight to keep fruit and vegetables fresher for longer.
The brand will also launch a split air conditioner unit with HomeWhiz mobile connectivity. It has several features, including a Gold Guard to extend the life of the product, a biofilter to reduce unpleasant odors and filter out dust particles, a self-cleaning technology called GoClean and Zone Follow that allows users to feel the actual temperature in its exact location. .
