A popular game that’s only available for PlayStation consoles could soon enter the PC tier of Xbox Game Pass. We’ve seen few PlayStation exclusives finally make their way to the Xbox console after many years. In fact, this will happen again in 2022, when Solar Ash, The Pathless, and Maquette come to Game Pass. While all the titles are available on Xbox consoles, it’s likely that this new lull will only be headed to Game Pass for PC.
Based on a new thread from the official Xbox Game Pass Twitter account, it looks like Kojima Productions’ open-world game Death Stranding will soon be headed to Microsoft’s subscription service. In the last day, the PC Game Pass Twitter account changed its profile to reflect an undefined landscape. After a long whimper, the concept of the scene appears to be based on Death Stranding, which eventually first appeared on PlayStation 4 in 2019 and then made its way to PC in 2020. Although Microsoft and Kojima Productions have yet to confirm that Death Stranding will be added to Game Pass, this cheeky tease may suggest that it will happen soon.

This will again be a good thing for us. Death Stranding is the game being teased on Xbox Game Pass, but it won’t be coming to consoles. On the other hand, the title will not arrive for the Xbox 360 console. Without this, Death Stranding would remain a PlayStation console exclusive, which would have been something that will never change.
Currently, Microsoft has already indicated that a total of eight new games will be coming to Xbox Game Pass before the end of August. To find Death Stranding of this formation, there was no place. This is likely to only happen once the popular Kojima game hits the service. Then again, considering Gamescom is right around the corner, Death Stranding could be an additional sneaky platform update that will be announced as soon as the big gaming event begins.
