Arrests for crimes
Criminal trespass — Michael David Cisneros, 34, of the 700 block of East Main Street, Medford. Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Cisneros Thursday on a charge of first-degree criminal trespass, as well as failure to appear in court on charges of third-degree burglary, menacing, second-degree disorderly conduct and third-degree theft. Cisneros was booked into the Jackson County Jail without bond.
Criminal firearm — Saul Gutiérrez, 35 years old, no known address. Police arrested Gutierrez on Oct. 20 on charges of unlawful possession of heroin, driving under the influence, reckless driving and reckless endangerment. Gutierrez was charged Friday in Jackson County Circuit Court with felon in possession of a firearm. Gutierrez was booked into jail on $100,000 bond.
Vehicle theft – Leonard Wayne Kirklin, 57, of the 900 block of Beall Lane, Central Point. Medford police arrested Kirklin Friday on charges of unlawful use of a motor vehicle, felon in possession of a firearm and unlawful possession of a Schedule II controlled substance. Kirklin was booked into jail without bond.
